Training Lab Performance is a sports specific strength and conditioning / personal training facility ran by Scott Reed out of Rogue. Scott has been a competitive athlete his whole life, playing football in college, currently holding rank in Olympic Style Weightlifting, and also a brown belt at Rogue Jiu-jitsu. Scott has been a personal trainer for over 10 years. His clients range from 1st round MLB draft picks, NFL & CFL athletes, D1 High School athletes to non-athletes wanting to improve their overall health and fitness. Scott has a passion to help people to be the best they can and recognizes that everyone’s goals are different, and training should be customized accordingly.
He holds many certifications including NCAA Accredited Certification, AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach. Scott’s areas of expertise are vast so whatever your goals are, he is sure to help you meet and exceed what you think is possible!
