Sarah began training Jiu-Jitsu in 2013 after Kyle continually harped on her to try it out. After one class she was completely hooked and hasn’t looked back since. Sarah earned her Purple Belt in 2016 under Professor JD Shelley. She has competed in and won several submission grappling tournaments and loves the many facets of learning associated with competing. Sarah learned early on in her Jiu-Jitsu journey that she, too, loved the aspect of teaching the art. She assisted with the kids class at Tier 1 Training Facility under Professor Alan Shebaro and currently assists Coach Kyle in his instruction at Rogue Jiu-Jitsu Studio.
